This utility requires a web browser plugin, available for Mac OS: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Firefox web browsers. We are working on adding PC support. Download the plugin here. Go to the Setup page for more info on how to install.

Once the plugin is installed, connect the TrafficCOM device to your computer using a USB cable then click the 'Connect' button below.
